 Our very own Marketing Representative, Brittany Miller, will be auditioning for this seasons American Idol in Pittsburgh, PA on July 15 2011. She participated in WV Idol, a competition for local talents to get their foot in the door with a guaranteed spot in the audition, back in ’08 that sent her to Atlanta, GA to compete in season 7’s American Idol where she made it past 2 rounds. She feels that it was a great learning experience and since then she has grown a lot musically. She plans on sticking to her country roots with either a Faith Hill or Leann Womack song. She has never gone with the attitude that she just wants to win, it is about the experience and growing as a musician and hopes to pursue her dream of becoming a performer! |

ING NEW YORK CITY MARATHON Lisa Blaser, Recruiting Administrator, in the Florida Office is training for the ING New York City Marathon on November 6, 2011 with members of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training Program. Lisa has completed 7 full marathons, 6 half marathons and since 2007 she has organized fundraisers that have raised over $50,000 for patient services and research for blood related cancers. Lisa has continually been recognized as a TOP Fundraiser for her local chapter and volunteers to mentor new participants that join the program.
